The phone rings. Who is it? Is it a family member, sales call or [hopefully] a lead! You answer the phone. ?Hello this is John or Bill or Lisa or Jennifer? ? your name is not important, what is ? is the value you can provide. ?It?s a lead, someone calling on a sign, internet, maybe even a direct mail piece.
What you say next wil make or break you. Will you get a lead or not. Will you break into your scripts and dialogues, ask if they are prequalifiued ? ya know, the typical real estate agent script or will you add value, peak interest and convey your value. This ay come as a shock to you but many consumers see real estate agents as commodities. Who doesn?t know a real estate agent? You can get consumers to see you as a person ? not a sales person ? convey your value and professionalism while presenting a different level of service with screen capture videos.
I teach real estate marketing classes for Lawyers Title in Phoenix. My classes are HOW TO not WHY TO. Not WHY you should be on the 1st page of Google, WHY you should be using video in your real estate business, WHY you should be on Twitter or Facebook, not WHY TO but HOW TO. I like that ? a lot!
